Can anticipate the needs of guests and react when noticing any dissatisfaction. On the flip side, recognize our loyal guests too.
Have an understanding of our company values so that you can stick to your guns in a tactful, respectful way.
Are either self-disciplined/-motivated and/or can take direction from co-workers comfortably.
Have experience in the retail or service industry (preferred, not a requirement)
Are 21+ years old
