Q: what kind of events can we host at nineteen09?
A: The first floor is ideal for Baby and Bridal Showers, Anniversary, Bachelorette and Birthday Parites, Corporate Events, Holiday Celebrations, Classes, Workshops and Fundraisers. If you can dream it, we can help!
the second story is perfect for classes, seminars, intimate events, tastings and watch parties.
Q: How many guests can nineteen09 accommodate?
A: The First Floor will accommodate up to 75 people. (seating for up to 50) and includes the patio (weather permitting). The Second Floor will accommodate up to 30 people (seating for 24). The patio can accommodate up to 75 guests (SEATING FOR 50)
Q: How much do the spaces cost to rent?
A: first floor:
For a 3 hour event (includes set up and take down time)
$225 non-refundable rental fee paid in advance to secure date and time.
$200 minimum in sales the day of the event.
Sales may include Mimosa or Bloody Mary bar, coffee (brought in from Crossroads), beverages, charcuterie and gift shop item purchases made by the host and/or guests.
Rental fee is not applied to total minimum sales.
Additional time available for $50/hr
Q: I’m getting married and need a place to get ready. Do you have space for my glam squad?
A: YES! Stress-free space for the glam squad, friends, family, bridal party, photographers, videographers and everyone else you'll need to start your perfect day off right.

Q: what if we don’t meet the minimum in sales?
A: In the event your event does not meet the minimum*, you may purchase bottles of wine, items from our gift shop, or a giftcard to meet the required dollar amount.
*All sales qualify against the minimum; purchases from the host, guests, mimosa bar, coffee, bottle of wine, etc.
Q: Can i take a tour of the space?
A: Absolutely! Please e-mail cassie at book@nineteen09.com to set up a time for a tour.
Q: Hey! We’re having fun, can we stay longer?
A: If everyone is having a good time, why should the party end? (Please note that additional fees may be incurred.) Nineteen09 does open to the general public at 3:00pm. We kindly ask that any food, gifts, or decorations be removed (taken to vehicles) before we open.
Q: Not everyone in my party is a wine drinker, do you offer other options?
A: Nineteen09 offers a selection of wine, beer, seltzers and cocktails, and a large assortment of mocktails and non-alcoholic options.
Q: Do you offer any non-alcholic options?
A:You bet! We have great selections of mocktails, Non-alcoholic beer, Non-alcoholic wine, non-alcoholic spirits, sparkling water, soda, lemonade and iced tea.
Q: I know you’re a wine bar but do you have coffee?
A: We can provide A COFFEE BAR FOR YOUR EVENT COMPLETE WITH FLAVORED SYRUPS, CREAMERS, and LOCALLY ROASTED COFFEE.
Q: Can we bring our own food?
A: YES! While we do have menu of charcuterie, you are more than welcome to bring your own food. It is the event’s designated hosts responsibility to adhere to food safety standards*. WE have a list of caterers in the area, please ask cassie about it!
alcohol must be purchased through nineteen09. no exceptions.
*Nineteen09 is not liable for food-borne illnesses contracted at events.
Q: do we need to bring our own tables?
A: no. Nineteen09 has two designated counters for food and plenty of seating (up to 50 not including patio). Electrical outlets are readily available for nescos and crockpots, etc. Other space is available for desserts, beverages and gifts.
Q: Do we need to bring our own glassware?
A: no. Glassware is provided by nineteen09.
Q: what about plates, napkins & cutlery?
a: For a nominal fee, we can provide these items but feel free to bring your own.
Q: do the tables need tablecloths?
A: We have several white quartz tables. Tablecloths are up to you!
Q: Do you have ice?
A: Yes! WE do.
Q: can we decorate the space ourselves?
A: What’s a party without decorations? All decor must be hung with command strips (not provided). Helium balloons must be secured with weights.
Q: can we get in early to decorate?
A: The rental Fee includes a half hour prior to event start time for set-up. additional time is allowed at a rate of $50/hr.
