Ever sit through one of those kids’ spelling bee competitions and think “I could do that”? Well here’s your chance!

Sign-up for Nineteen09’s first Adult Spelling Bee to flex your spelling skills. Compete against other adults for the cash prizes. Game rules:

1. Must have a drink in your hand at all times. If your drink empties before you have your next one, you are disqualified.

2. Phone a Friend: if you know you can’t spell the word correctly, you can phone a friend in the audience for $5. If they spell the word wrong, you are out!

3. Shot for a Spot: if you spell a word wrong, you can pay $5 to take a shot and keep your spot in the game. Can only be used once.

Prizes: 1st Place: $75, 2nd Place: $50

Must be 21 to play!

Money raised from the entry fee and throughout the game is being donated to Park Elementary PTO and Glacier Creek PTO!
